SIJI A.I. LAB（以下稱「本公司」）重視您的隱私。本政策說明當您透過我們的服務、或透過我們為客戶建置的訊息自動化系統與我們互動時，我們如何蒐集、使用、儲存與保護您的資料。
一、我們蒐集哪些資料
當您透過 Facebook Messenger、Instagram、LINE、電子郵件或其他通訊管道與使用本公司服務的商家聯繫時，我們可能處理以下資料：
- 您於通訊平台上的公開識別資訊（如使用者名稱、顯示名稱、平台提供的使用者編號）
- 您主動傳送的訊息內容
- 訊息的時間、來源平台與對話串識別資訊
- 您於電子郵件往來中提供的聯絡資訊
我們不會蒐集您的密碼、金融帳戶或政府核發的身分證件號碼。
二、我們如何使用這些資料
- 協助商家接收、整理並回覆您的客戶服務訊息
- 產生建議回覆內容，供商家人員審核後回覆
- 維持對話的連續性與服務品質
- 統計服務量與改善服務流程
我們不會將您的資料用於未經授權的行銷，也不會販售您的個人資料予第三方。
三、資料的儲存與第三方服務
為提供服務，本公司使用下列第三方平台處理與儲存資料，各平台皆有其自身之隱私政策：
- 資料庫與工單記錄：Airtable
- 自動化流程：n8n（自架）
- 雲端運算：Zeabur
- AI 語言模型：透過 API 服務供應商處理訊息內容以產生建議回覆
資料僅在提供服務所需的範圍內傳輸與處理。
四、資料保留與刪除
我們僅在提供服務所需期間保留您的資料。您有權要求查詢、更正或刪除我們持有的您的個人資料。
如需刪除資料，請來信至下方聯絡信箱，我們將於合理期間內處理。透過通訊平台聯繫的資料，亦可依各平台之設定撤回授權。
五、資料安全
我們採取合理的技術與管理措施保護您的資料，包括加密憑證儲存、存取權限控管與傳輸加密。惟網際網路傳輸無法保證絕對安全。

- 查詢我們是否持有您的個人資料，以及其內容

- 要求刪除您的個人資料

SIJI A.I. LAB ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your data when you interact with our services, or with the messaging automation systems we build for our clients.

When you contact a business that uses our services through Facebook Messenger, Instagram, LINE, email, or other messaging channels, we may process the following information:
- Your public identifying information on the messaging platform (such as username, display name, or platform-provided user ID)
- The content of messages you send
- The timestamp, source platform, and conversation thread identifier of your messages
- Contact information you provide through email correspondence
We do not collect your passwords, financial account details, or government-issued identification numbers.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Help businesses receive, organize, and reply to your customer service messages
- Generate suggested reply content for review by business staff before it is sent
- Maintain conversation continuity and service quality
- Measure service volume and improve our service processes
We do not use your data for unauthorized marketing, and we do not sell your personal data to third parties.
3. Data Storage and Third-Party Services
To provide our services, we use the following third-party platforms to process and store data. Each platform has its own privacy policy:
- Database and ticket records: Airtable
- Automation workflows: n8n (self-hosted)
- Cloud computing: Zeabur
- AI language models: message content is processed through API service providers to generate suggested replies
Data is transmitted and processed only to the extent necessary to provide our services.
4. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain your data only for as long as necessary to provide our services. You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data we hold about you.
To request deletion, please email us at the address below and we will process your request within a reasonable time. Data shared through messaging platforms can also be withdrawn according to each platform's own settings.
5. Data Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encrypted credential storage, access control, and encryption in transit. However, no method of transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
6. Your Rights
- Ask whether we hold any personal data about you, and what that data contains
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your personal data
- Withdraw consent you previously provided
